Service Area WHANUKA Ltd operates exclusively within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Pricing & GST All prices on whanuka.com are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on seasonal harvest yields.
Refunds & Damaged Goods Due to the perishable nature of honey, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your jar arrives damaged, please email alextee.com@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo for a full replacement or refund.
Quality Guarantee All WHANUKA honey is tested for MGO levels. We guarantee the potency listed on our labels matches the independent laboratory results of the batch.
Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
